i hear its a week then others say a month..How long do you have to take a birth control pill before it becomes effective?
For your period regularity to change, yes a month!!


But after the first week its in effect! Just like when u miss 2 or more days that u have to start all over again, the pharmacist will recommend u to protect urself for a whole week!!


I would wait until my period comes again, I would just not be comfortable, u also have to see how the pill will work for you!





Try protecting urself until u get ur period, to be on the safe side :)
