Take the white from the first pack, then the second pack, skipping the placebo and not having a period that month? Is is it safe to take the white pills in your birth control straight through?
It is safe to do this once or twice. I work in a gynecology office, and the doctors say not to continually do this as your body does need to shed your uterine lining after a few months. So you can do this, but don't do it forever. There are other birth control options if you are looking for less periods, also. Some options allow you to only have a period every 3 months. That might be something you are interested in. Check with your doctor.
