Is it ok to use Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control Face Scrub when using topical gels?

I don't want my skin to be worse as it is already horrible T__T

I have very sensitive skin. Will this be ok?Is it ok to use Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control Face Scrub when using topical gels?
i know that the worst thing for your face is over-washing.. you have to be careful that you arent using too many products.. because you might be cleaning the 'goodness' in your skin that is trying to repair you.

stick to one product and make it a routine, i use the BIOTHERM line.. they have a few different lines depending on skintype, you get a cleanser, a toner, and a moisturizer.. this has made my skin very clear, and i know its because of the consistency. every morning i cleanse, tone then moisturize.. they tell you to rub in a circular motion because it gets your blood flowing and heals faster. Is it ok to use Neutrogena's Acne Stress Control Face Scrub when using topical gels?
i'm not sure but i know what is the best thing for your skin as i had the same thing. do some research on glycolic acid, it comes in creams, face washes, chemical peels all sorts. it's the best thing to treat spots acne blackheads and scars from all of that.. www.perfectskin.uk.com Don't know if your in the UK but that's the site i used to order some stuff from. have a read of the products and choose. basicly you shouldn't really waste your time on these high street products, they can be perfect if you just have the occasional zit or just minor spots around the face, but if you have alot of spots that are tough to get rid of, and scarring or severe acne, you should definatly look into glycolic acid products. hope ive been some help, i know i've gone on n on but.. well sorry lol.

I'm sure this will help, Cheers ........Larry M
that might be a little too overstimulating for the skin(causing your skin too produce more oil and make problem skin worse) try using one product at a time along with the appropritate moisterizers and see which ones work best. hope this helps=)
No. It specifically states on the Neutrogena that you aren't supposed to use that with any other topical acne products. If you do, your skin will dry out like the sahara desert and flake and peel, and probably even burn.

Since the stuff you are using isn't working to control your acne you might want to consider a different option. All you need is honey, baking soda, oatmeal and coconut oil. Just click my picture to go to my profile and then click the link for 'free natural acne routine'. There are clinical studies to show you how it works. The routine controls the bacteria with acne without drying out your skin. As a matter of fact, your skin will be nicer than you ever thought possible. You ought to try it just once. You really will be glad you did.
