How do I block/unblock e-mail? Spam control used to allow me to do it, but now I can't unblock.?

The only option I have now is to send to Spam. I can't find help on the yahoo info available in my account.How do I block/unblock e-mail? Spam control used to allow me to do it, but now I can't unblock.?
BLOCK


If you are using yahoo classic:


Go to ';Options'; It is above your email


Click on ';Mail Options';


Click on ';Blocked Addresses';


Enter the address you want to block


Click on “Add Block”


Click on “Save”





If you are using new yahoo


Go to ';Options'; It is above your email


Click on ';Mail Options';


Click on ';Spam';


Enter the address you want to block


Click on “Add ”


Click on “Save Changes”





UNBLOCK


Go to ';Options'; It is above your email


Click on ';Mail Options';


Click on ';Blocked Addresses';


Click on the Address you want to remove block


Click on ';Remove Block';


This should remove the block and allow it to start coming into your inbox. Hope this helps!!!
