Depending on where you have it done it can run between $200-$500. Aftermarket systems that will add an extra stalk sticking out of your steering column with an extra hole drilled into it will be on the lower end of the scale and a factory system built right into the steering wheel and tied into the factory wiring harness on the middle to upper end of the scale depending on where you live and the prices charged at dealerships local to you.
I would make some calls to the local dealerships to get a competitive price though.
