I got the Flu and how do you control it?

Sunday i got the flu. Monday skipped school temp. was 102.6. Tuesday not feeling good stomach hurts really bad %26amp; vomiting. Wednesday went to hospital said i got the Influenza A. Thursday i was feeling better i could eat and not vomit. Today stomach hurts and puked stomach bile (it was yellow). I dont have a fever and im taking tamaflu (what i got at hospital) and tylenol. Did it leave Yesterday and come back today..?I got the Flu and how do you control it?
Take it slow when you begin to eat. Your flu is not completely gone and your stomach cannot handle regular foods immediately.

Eat if your body feels comfortable with the food (stop if you feel nauseous or your stomach feels upset). Start with liquids such as soup and apple juice, then dry bread and crackers (avoid oily, sugary, rich, and spicy foods), and slowly get back to normal. Hope this helps!

If you do come down with the flu, these measures may help ease your symptoms:

* Drink plenty of liquids. Choose water, juice and warm soups to prevent dehydration. Drink enough so that your urine is clear or pale yellow.

* Rest. Get more sleep to help your immune system fight infection.

* Try chicken soup. It's not just good for your soul 鈥?it really can help relieve flu symptoms by breaking up congestion.

* Consider pain relievers. Use an over-the-counter pain reliever such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others) cautiously, as needed. Remember, pain relievers may make you more comfortable, but they won't make your symptoms go away any faster and may have side effects. Ibuprofen may cause stomach pain, bleeding and ulcers. If taken for a long period or in higher than recommended doses, acetaminophen can be toxic to your liver. Talk to your doctor before giving acetaminophen to children. And don't give aspirin to children or teens because of the risk of Reye's syndrome, a rare but potentially fatal disease.I got the Flu and how do you control it?
Well, like the above poster said, I got rid of my fever, but I still have symptoms (mild sore throat, cough, tickle in the back of my throat, excess mucous, runny nose), so you might be feeling better, but you might still have symptoms. I would take some Advil or some form of a pill, because it helps calm the symptoms down.
Man, you might be feeling like crap for the next week, maybe less. The fever goes away first, but the symptoms stay awhile after. Just drinks plenty of fluids, broth (so you won't barf as much stuff up) and get rest. Vitamin C the usual stuff.
