Nope...you don't need to if it's for birth control. If you are on them for medical reasons to straighten out your body then yes you do. But...you can cut your period short or skip a few...I would only skip a few months though or you will be more likely to have random bleeding and/or spotting.While on birth control pills is it necessary to menstruate every month?
No. There's some where you only have to have a period every three months and a new one where you NEVER have to. It's been fda approved and everything. I'm waiting a while to make sure no one has any horrible side effects before I try it.
