Is it normal to have irregular periods after discontinuing birth control?

I stopped taking birth control about a year ago and ever since I have been having irregular periods. My husband and I want to get pregnant and arent sure what is going on with my menstrual cycle, ovulations, etc. It has been really hard to track. If you quit taking them about a year ago then your period should start leveling off. If you were irregular before getting on BC that would explain why you are irregular. If you have been trying the whole time go see your OBGYN and tell him/her you are TTC and go from there. yep completely also you could stop all together i did for like 4 months ...
It better be because mine range from 26 to 31.


Try tracking your temp and using OPKs to see if your body is doing the things that happen normally during ovulation.
