How can I make the screen just a little smaller so I can see the control bar at the bottom? It disappeared!?

I want it to expand fully but not to hide the tool bar at the bottom (that's too much). How do I set it up so that is the default again? it was always like that until yesterday suddenly the set up was changed. I think you wanna talk taskbar at bottom screen. Simply, move mouse to bottom screen %26amp; right click it, choose Properties --%26gt; click Auto hide the taskbar --%26gt; OK
