Time doesn't control or change physical properties it controls mind?

to act appropriately...what do you sayTime doesn't control or change physical properties it controls mind?
Hi Cindy -

I'm not sure what you mean, but my sense is that you believe that time is constant, but our perception of it is not. While it may be true that our perception of time varies, it is also true that time is not constant. This has been demonstrated repeatedly in laboratories since Einstein (and others) proposed it around the turn of the last century. Time clearly varies, and is measured as moving relatively fast or slow depending on the speed of the observer as compared to his surroundings. This is not an easy concept to grasp, but it is definitely real and not an illusion nor a trick.Time doesn't control or change physical properties it controls mind?
And ';mind'; tells brain to initiate physiological changes and effects the states of matter (or our perceptions of such)?

If that's what you mean I say very probably.

I think ';mind'; exists outside of time but may be the ';intermediary'; between it and matter.

';mind'; would be the giant eyeball here:

';time'; would be the probabilities, one of which is ';particle-ness'; or physicality.
