I asked my obgyn this before and she told me it was fine to start taking it at the same time you always do, even if it is an hour off one day.Since clocks went back and I usually take birth control at seven. Is it okay to continue that?
You actually have a few hours to take your pill and not be late. So one hour one day isn't going to cause problems. It's ok.
