I recently started taking the pill. They told be there would be some light bleeding for the first few months in between actuall periods. How many days does the light bleeding continue for?How long does it take for the light bleeding to go away when your on the birth control pill?
when i started, i had light bleeding for the first month and a half and i was ready to give up, but this goes away and ive never regretted it since. it made my periods MUCH lighter, more regular, took away cramps and headaches, took care of acne and kept me from being pregnant all at once! stick through it, some people have different reactions, i just wore a thin panty liner every day for 2 months and it wasnt too bad, just a bit irritatingHow long does it take for the light bleeding to go away when your on the birth control pill?

Depends really..... You shouldnt have a period to last more than 4 days.... usually mine are like 2 to 3 days...
there is first to everything. i am not expert, but i think it takes, a little over a month.
