how do i get my windows explorer to work again. i cant access my control panel.i try to open it and it says it stopped working.what do i do?What does it mean if i cant access my control panel and i keep getting an error message?
Do the following:
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del
2. On the Windows Task Manager, click New Task.
3. Type ';explorer.exe';.
4. Click Ok.
