If you become pregnant while you are on birth control and continue to take it until you get to the sugar pill and realize that your period isn't going to come, does it hurt the baby for the first few weeks? Obviously you would stop taking as soon as you know your pregnant, but what about before you know?

they say getting pregnant on the pill gives u a higher chance of getting twins and a etopic pregnancy, im in the same boat i dont know if im preggo and im on the pill
Your fine because the pill tricks your body into thinking it's pregnant. So no harm no foul.
